A truly Southern California design, bred in the waters off sunset cliffs in San Diego California. Largely the brain child of cliffs local Steve Liss, the fish may be the perfect board for surfing in So. Cal due to it's versatility and speed. This design has changed modern surfing and the way surfers of all levels of ability approach riding waves. Our Quad-fish / Simmons maintains the classic appeal of the original design, while enhancing the boards speed and ability to turn by the addition of a deep single into double concave (an innovation of Bob Simmons circa. 1945) and a very modern 4 fin system. This allows the board to maintain drive, yet have more vertical potential and pocket surfability than it's Keel-finned cousin. With these additions we are able to stretch the template out from the mid 6 foot range all the way to 8 feet without a loss of drive. Perfect for taller and / or bigger guys who will appreciate a little glide.

5. Built to the highest standard of quality, every time.
